    Accountant Intern

    Responsibilities

    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
    • Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
    • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
    • Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc., as assigned
    • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
    • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
    • Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
    • Assist with other accounting projects.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 year of experience.

    • Operate company vehicles to transport products to designated locations in a safe and efficient manner.
    • Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns.
    • Maintain accurate delivery records, including time logs and mileage reports.
    • Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring proper handling and care of products.
    • Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding delivery schedules and any potential delays.
    • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while driving.

    Description 

    • Data Entry: Inputting information into databases or spreadsheets.
    • Correspondence: Handling emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication between clients.
    • Customer Service: Responding to inquiries from customers or clients, providing information, and assisting with their needs.
