    Accountant (Hospitality Department)

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a minimum of 5 years in the hospitality or hotel sector. 
    • The role involves managing financial records, budgeting, reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain financial records and statements.
    • Assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
    • Process accounts payable and receivable.
    • Oversee payroll and tax reporting.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and month-end closings.

    Qualifications

    Project Finance and Control Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Project Finance & Control Manager to lead and manage all finance-related activities within major projects.
    • This role is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, governance, risk management, and strategic support throughout the project lifecycle.
    • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep expertise in project finance and controls, capable of driving value-based decision-making and ensuring full compliance with financial processes.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Lead financial governance, risk, and assurance activities for the project.
    • Manage budgeting, planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
    • Ensure accuracy of cost reporting, estimates, and internal/external reporting.
    • Support commercial, supply chain, and economic decision-making.
    • Oversee accounting, treasury, and cash flow activities.
    • Facilitate compliance with ERP systems, cost recovery, and internal controls.
    • Collaborate with project managers, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
    • Mentor and manage project finance teams.

    Requirements
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a numerate discipline (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics).
    • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CIMA) – mandatory.

    Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum 15 years of relevant project finance experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Engineering.
    • Proven leadership experience in large, complex projects.
    • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (ERP systems).
    • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial controls, and risk management.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Experience working in multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
