Job Responsibilities

• Prepare periodic (monthly) balance sheets, income statements, & profit & loss statements
• Maintain the general ledger
• Code invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts & close the monthly books
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly, verify deposits & address inquiries from banks
• Reconcile customer accounts & manage accounts receivable collections
• Provide auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit
• File required tax forms & other financial obligations
