    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee financial operations within a structured retail environment.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial records, preparing reports, reconciling transactions, supervising payroll, monitoring vendor payments, and ensuring accurate inventory and expense tracking. This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    • Ultimately, you will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting to support effective business decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    • Reconcile daily cashier records, POS transactions, banking activities, and maintain accurate financial databases for vendors and suppliers.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, expenses, petty cash, payables, and receivables reports.
    • Manage payroll preparation and ensure timely salary payments and statutory remittances.
    • Conduct periodic financial audits, oversee inventory financial tracking, and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting role, preferably within retail or supermarket operations.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
    • Experience in preparing financial reports, payroll, and vendor reconciliations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines consistently.

    Packing Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Packing Officer is responsible for the accurate and hygienic packaging of pharmaceutical products, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and product quality.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pack and label products accurately according to company standards.
    • Maintain packing records and report any shortages or issues.
    • Operate basic packing equipment safely.
    • Keep packing area and tools clean and organized.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND or SSCE.
    • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
    • Physically fit to work standing for extended periods.
    • Must live close to Egbeda or its environs.
    • A male is preferred for gender balance.

    Company Driver

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a dependable Company Driver to safely transport staff, goods, and documents as required.
    • The driver will also ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and used in line with company policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Safely drive staff, guests, and goods to assigned destinations.
    • Deliver goods on time and assist with loading/unloading.
    • Keep the vehicle clean and ensure regular servicing.
    • Record trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
    • Follow all traffic rules and company transport policies.
    • Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly.

    Requirements

    • Minimum SSCE or equivalent qualification.
    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
    • Must have a LASDRI card.
    • Must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
    • Must be able to use google map
    • At least 3 years of driving experience.
    • Good knowledge of Lagos routes and traffic laws
    • Basic vehicle maintenance skills (an advantage).
    • Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy with good communication skills.
