    Accountant

    About The Role 

    • The Accountant will support the banks financial operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal accounting standards.
    • The role requires hands-on experience within a microfinance or financial services environment and the ability to support audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting effectively.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger postings.
    • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
    • Handle statutory remittances including PAYE, VAT, WHT, and pensions.
    • Support regulatory reporting in line with CBN guidelines.
    • Perform daily and monthly bank and account reconciliations.
    • Support internal and external audit processes.
    • Maintain proper financial documentation and controls.
    • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
    • 2–5 years relevant accounting experience in a microfinance bank or financial institution.
    • ICAN (ACA) certification required or newly chartered.
    • Working knowledge of core banking systems (e.g., Bank-One).
    • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
    • High attention to detail and integrity.

    Marketing Executive

    Role Overview

    • The Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and market penetration through field marketing and relationship-based sales activities.
    • The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting business growth initiatives across retail and SME segments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive deposit mobilization and customer acquisition initiatives.
    • Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers for savings and loan products.
    • Conduct field marketing activities, sales campaigns, and community engagements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Generate leads and support loan origination activities.
    • Submit regular sales, activity, and performance reports.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless customer onboarding.
    • Promote the organization’s products and services in line with brand guidelines.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
    • 1 - 4 years experience in sales or marketing within a financial services environment.
    • Prior experience in microfinance or deposit mobilization is an advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
    • Familiarity with Lagos markets, especially the mainland axis, is desirable.

    Event Sales and Operations Officer

    Role Summary

    • We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales & Operations Officer to support client inquiries, manage sales documentation, and ensure smooth coordination between sales activities and event operations.
