In 1950, Frank’s son, Donald E. Mosing, joined the business-serving as the company’s first engineer. Later, Donald’s younger brothers, Billy Mosing and Larry Mosing, joined the company to help manage the growing operations of the business. Over the years, Donald was a driving force in the development of many of the company’s proprietary tools and processes.
In 1981, Keith Mosing formed Frank’s International-separate from Frank’s Casing-but from the very beginning both companies shared equipment, technology, safety systems and services protocols through cooperation and technology sharing agreements. Keith’s entrepreneurial efforts led to expansion of both companies’ operations and footprint, not only across the U.S. but also into South America, Asia, Africa and Europe. Frank’s International now has sales, operations and manufacturing facilities in more than 60 countries on six continents.
In 2011, Frank’s International and Frank’s Casing became one company known throughout the world today as Frank’s International. In August 2013, with Keith Mosing as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of both U.S. and international operations, Frank’s International N.V. completed an initial public offering of its stock and is now traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "FI.”
