The Workplace Coordinator will assist the Workplace Experience Manager with operational activities in maintenance and operations, vendor oversight, helpdesk. The Workplace Coordinator is also required to provide administrative support to the team. a great experience for visitors and staff, taking ownership of the workplace by making sure they have happy customers and visitors in their community. Be passionate about customer service and willing to go ‘the extra mile’ to assist staff and visitors. They are brand ambassadors for JLL and our client; be confident in engaging with new customers and build relationships with existing ones, curating moments of inspiration and delight across all services. Provide support hospitality service orientated function, responsible for services including, but not limited to, hospitality and events management, reception and visitor management, pantry management, meeting room management and client suite services. They will be instrumental in ensuring the workplace delivers a great experience for visitors and staff, taking ownership of the workplace by making sure they have happy customers and visitors in their community. Key Responsibilities
Foster and maintain positive working relationships with clients, client subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Participate in client meetings, and social events. guidelines as well as JLL best practice.
Raise and submit work orders for service.
Responding to Health & Safety reported issues and coordinate efficient and effective responses and actions.
Conduct daily site inspections to ensure all critical infrastructure are in operation, log any actions that need to be taken.
