About the job

• Assessing building maintenance issues by conducting weekly walks of the building and recording the findings
• Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times
• Minor repairs in the office
• Ensuring HSSE standards are in place
• Provide administrative support to the RFM
• Developing a close working relationship with all the vendors, landlord and client
• Managing internal moves within the building with the Facilities Manager
• Act as primary contact for assigned site’s contractors and vendors.
• Facility ticket management (including problem/issue report management, checking and ticket forwarding/dispatching)
• Supporting the Office Service Coordinator as and when required regarding vendor management and Soft Service Support
• Cover Receptionist role & responsibilities
• Managing of meeting rooms and assisting with events
• Be aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers and all external key contacts
• Other tasks and duties as required
• Sending and receiving of incoming and outgoing mail
• Managing critical equipment including tracking of PPM's
• Monitoring of electrical and diesel usage
• Daily tracking of lunch, tea consumables and water usage
• Basic financial tracking - purchase order creation, receipting and reporting
