Job Summary

• We seek a highly experienced Well Stimulation Division Manager to lead our hydraulic fracturing and acid stimulation operations.
• This senior leadership role requires extensive experience in stimulation operations, team management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the well stimulation division (30+ personnel)
• Develop strategic plans for stimulation services growth and expansion
• Oversee hydraulic fracturing, acid fracturing, and matrix acidizing operations
• Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable service delivery
• Manage division P&L and financial performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Lead major project bidding and contract negotiations
• Ensure regulatory compliance and Nigerian Content requirements
• Drive technology adoption and innovation initiatives
• Mentor and develop technical talent within the division

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering preferred (Bachelor's minimum)
• Minimum 15 years of experience in well stimulation operations
• At least 7 years in senior management roles
• Extensive experience in hydraulic fracturing and acid stimulation
• Proven track record in team leadership and business development
• Strong knowledge of reservoir engineering and fracture mechanics
• Experience with stimulation design software and modeling tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• PhD in Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Experience with unconventional reservoir stimulation
• International stimulation operations experience
• Professional certifications (SPE, API, etc.)
• Previous P&L management experience in oil & gas services
• Knowledge of the Nigerian regulatory environment

Technical Expertise Required:
