Role Overview

• Providing excellent customer support by being the primary point of contact for all champion-related communications through phone calls and walk-in
• Track the activity of the drivers that will be managed by you.
• Report all incidents using the different tools provided.
• Owning all champion related problems and pushing for quick resolution by escalating to the necessary channels while providing adequate feedback to the champion.
• Building and strengthening champion relationships to achieve long-term customer LTV.
• Maintaining accurate champion records and tracking updates.
• Routine calls to the champions
• Take full ownership of the other needs that may arise about the champions

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Empathy and ability to learn quickly
• Attention to detail and problem solving ability
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
