Warehouse Executive at Vivo Nigeria (Bhai Zheng Devices)

Key Responsibilities

• Receive packing lists of materials and gifts from the Logistics & Warehouse Manager and verify items before storage.
• Create warehouse receipts for inbound goods and share copies with Warehouse, Finance, and Branding teams.
• Prepare asset transfer forms and material allocation forms where applicable.
• Organize and sort materials for distribution and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and fully functional warehouse facility.
• Track deliveries, follow up with the logistics team, and ensure customers/distributors receive their materials on time.
• Oversee the inflow and outflow of materials and supervise subordinates in carrying out warehouse tasks.
• Provide material reports to the Branding Manager and support the Sales team with stock availability updates.
• Step into the role of Warehouse Officer (HO) in their absence and report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in inventory or warehouse management.
• Strong executive management, supervision, and enterprise analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management ability.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including inventory database management.
