Waiter / Waitress at Smart Partners

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers warmly and politely
• Serving food and beverages to customers
• Directing customers to the table
• Setting and cleaning table and service areas
• Presenting menu and providing detailed information when asked
• Taking accurate food and drinks orders
• Providing excellent customer service to guests
• Processing cash and credit card payments
• Clearing the tables or counters after use
• Dealing with and handling customer complaints

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND / HND
• Minimum of 1 year work experience as a waiter/waitress
• Must reside in Bida, Niger state or willing to relocate.
• Be attentive and patient with customers
• Be neat and possess a good dress sense
• Have a relatively high energy level and keeps a good attitude
• Be reliable and honest
• Candidate must be smart.
• Have a good understanding about food hygiene and service
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Should be familiar with drinks and nice menu.
