Key Responsibilities

• Take and process meal orders accurately
• Allocate food servings according to diet menus
• Promote and sell food to hospital staff and patients
• Collect used trays and dishes
• Organize and maintain neat working tables
• Present yourself professionally and maintain a presentable appearance
• Document and report accidents or incidents

Qualification

• Basic education and understanding of food hygiene and safety
• At least 6 months experience in a standard catering service doing similar role

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of quality and customer care principles
