Waiter / Waitress at Bheerhugz Café

Responsibilities

• Greet guest with the acceptable BhEEHUGZ greeting and present them with the food and drink menu.
• Inform guests about the special items for theday andmenu changesif any.
• Suggest food and drinks to the guests and try to upsell.
• Understand, communicate products and services and answer any questions or queries that thecustomers might have.
• Take food and drinks order from the guests appropriately, ensure their special requirements are recorded on the order taking pad or on th U-Touch system.
• Pour wine approriately for guests ensuring not to spill.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE
• Ability to communicate well in English.
• Residence of Alausa and its environs
