Volunteer Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager at Women Reform Organization

Role Summary:

• The Volunteer CSR Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the organization’s corporate social responsibility initiatives.
• This role focuses on building impactful community programs, managing partnerships, mobilizing volunteers, and ensuring that all CSR activities align with the organization’s mission, values, and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement CSR strategies, projects, and community outreach programs.
• Identify community needs and design interventions that create measurable social impact.
• Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, community leaders, schools, faith-based groups, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and oversee CSR events, campaigns, and awareness programs.
• Track, document, and report the outcomes and impact of CSR initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and relevant regulations.
