Virtual Operations Executive at Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting

Summary:

To work with the VOM in managing the online sales platform of the organization which includes both the internal marketing arm (GOSS)  and other external aggregators like Jumia Foods,  Glovo etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To collect, review,  analyze and convert online sales data to readable formats to management through the head of department. 
• Liaise with the internal marketers in collating the online and offline sales data and building a database for management use. 
• Analyze and present to management the daily,  weekly and monthly performances of each of the online and offline platforms. 

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 

• First degree in relevant discipline  
• Strong research and data analysis skills. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Must be responsible,  reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with minimal supervision. 
• Ability to multi-task.
• Previous working experience in dealing with online vendors /aggregators will be an advantage.
