Job Description

• The Virtual Assistant Instructor will be responsible for training students with practical skills to work effectively as Virtual Assistants, secure clients, deliver quality services and build sustainable careers in the remote work and freelancing space.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and engaging training sessions in Virtual Assistant
• Teach email and calender management
• Train students in documents and data management
• Teach Project Management and workflow tools
• Train students on research, CRM management, project management and workflow tools
• Guide students in choosing VA Specialisations
• Teach student social media management and fundamentals, introduce website management and basic automation
• Teach Service packaging and pricing strategies, train them on client acquisition and freelancing
• Guide students in building professional portfolios
• Keep training content aligned with current industry tools and trends
• Evaluate students’ progress and provide mentorship where necessary
• Support students during hackathons, exhibitions, and project demonstrations
