Job Summary

• We are looking for an experienced videographer to capture high-quality visual content for our marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website, and other related company presence and updates.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video content that showcases our properties and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and plan video ideas with the team in line with the overall marketing and sales objective.
• Plan, script, and storyboard video productions.
• Capture high-quality video footages and photographs of our properties, events, and team members, and professionally edit same for both online/offline marketing and campaigns
• Coordinate video interviews with stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
• Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other professional video editing software.
• Ability to implement video creatives from the ideation process till completion
• Ensure all video content meets our brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Ability to deliver video productions for all our seven (7) Estates on a weekly basis
• Manage and maintain our video equipment and software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in video production and equipment update.
• Creative understanding of the Real Estate industry in order to edit several videos to come up with new fresh video content

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Broadcasting, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in video production, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Excellent camera handling, lighting skills and capturing aerial views using drone.
• Strong storytelling and narrative development skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Experience with drone operation and aerial photography.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and video content optimization.
