Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Direction:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive market access strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate market access objectives into the overall business strategy.
• Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential threats.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance market penetration and competitive positioning.

Finance:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support market access initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the market access division.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and support business growth.
• Collaborate with the finance team to secure funding for key market access projects.
• Partner with executive leadership to raise funds for market access projects.

Partnerships:

• Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with industry leaders, healthcare providers, and payers to enhance market access.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with partners.

Operations:

• Optimize operational processes to ensure efficient execution of market access initiatives.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 Talent Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing market access team.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Align the team with the company's vision and business goals.
• Create and implement a monitoring system to ensure team accountability and effective performance tracking.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for employee retention and engagement.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote market access solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling value propositions and messaging.
• Lead market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Drive brand awareness and engagement through targeted marketing campaigns.

Product Management:

• Oversee the tech team and product manager to deliver digital solutions from concept to implementation as the product owner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience in market access, business development, or a similar role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
