As a Vendor associate at Pharmarun, you will play a critical role in maintaining and nurturing relationships with our pharmacy partners.
Your deep understanding of the pharmacy landscape, coupled with your excellent relationship management skills, will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless flow of operations. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing our pharmacy community, and fostering strong connections among our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers. Understand their products, pricing, and policies thoroughly.
Vendor Performance Evaluation: Continuously assess vendor performance, including delivery times, product quality, and pricing competitiveness.
Contract Negotiations: Negotiate terms and contracts with vendors to secure advantageous agreements. Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations.
Pharmaceutical Product Knowledge: Utilize your pharmacy background to evaluate pharmaceutical products and make informed procurement decisions.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess inventory.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to make data-driven decisions.
Cost Management: Monitor and manage costs associated with the procurement process to maintain profitability.
Community Management: Oversee and manage our pharmacy community, fostering strong connections and collaboration among stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or procurement.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent relationship management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
