JOB SUMMARY:

Our Client is seeking an experienced technical leader to oversee upstream operations, driving efficiency, and optimizing asset performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and industry knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead technical teams in upstream operations (drilling, production, maintenance).
• Develop and implement technical strategies, standards, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
• Oversee drilling and completion operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement drilling and completion strategies.
• Manage production operations, ensuring optimal production rates and minimal downtime.
• Develop and execute production enhancement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (commercial, engineering, HSE).
• Engage with external stakeholders (regulators, partners, suppliers).

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in upstream oil and gas operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in drilling, production, and reservoir management.
• Proven track record of improving asset performance, reducing costs, and enhancing safety.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
