The Universal Teller is responsible for providing frontline banking services by processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes handling cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cheque transactions, maintaining accurate records, and balancing cash drawers. The teller also assists customers with account services, responds to inquiries, and promotes bank products and digital banking channels.
Qualifications and Experience
BSC/HND Holders only
Not more than 30years of age
1–3 years of experience in banking operations, teller services, or customer service
Knowledge of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements
