Job Description

• Responsible in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department or assigned unit including hiring and training employees
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures that will build up the team and ensure optimum utilisation of resources
• Ensuring that all company policies, rules and regulations are being observed and recommending changes when necessary
• Providing leadership,coaching, counselling, motivation to team members in order to assist them meet their sales objectives
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and translate business strategies to the team
• To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met

Required Skills and Qualifications

• BA / B.Sc / HND in Marketing or any related discipline
• 3-5 years experience in real estate / marketing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Posses strong negotiating and transactional skills
• Problem-solving and decision making
