Unit Manager [Agency Sales]

Job Description.

The ideal candidate will lead a team in the retail agency unit and will drive sales target for the team. The team will be required to expand Heirs brand penetration of Insurance products in the market.

Requirements
- Candidate must already be leading a retail sales team and working with a sales budget.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skill.
- Ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
