Position Details

• Processing & posting of ALL Cash and Bank Vouchers
• Processing & Disbursing the Petty Cash Expenses – LAG
• Supervision & Reporting of PH Petty Cash Expenses
• Processing of Payment Run as advised by the AP Team.
• Processing of weekly bank payments
• Uploading of Casual & Contract workers on GAPS
• Raising of statutory payments on payroll items
• Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• Liaising with banks on treasury actions
• Advance on Mission Reconciliation if applicable
• Update the Cloud with relevant Treasury documents
• Any other duties as assigned.
