Treasury & Cash Operations Officer at Givanas Group of Companies

About the Role:

Givanas Group is seeking a highly skilled Treasury & Cash Operations Officer to manage daily cash flow, banking transactions, and treasury operations. The role ensures optimal liquidity, accurate cash management, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily cash balances and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Execute electronic payments, transfers, and reconciliations.
• Track FX rates, execute approved FX transactions, and analyze FX impact.
• Manage petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly treasury and cash reports.
• Ensure all treasury records are audit-ready and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Accounting Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in treasury, finance, or account management roles, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Professional certifications (ICAN, ACCA) are an advantage.
• Advanced Excel an,d financial modelling skills.
