Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Services Specialist at Pazino Xoftlifetours in Sangotedo, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Lagos.
• The Travel Services Specialist will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing travel services, hotel booking, managing events, providing guided tours, and delivering excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

A travel services specialist, also known as a travel agent, travel specialist, or travel support specialist, helps clients with travel arrangements:

• Booking: Arrange flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services
• Planning: Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips
• Providing information: Provide destination information, itineraries, and travel requirements
• Managing: Manage itineraries and travel budgets and expenses
• Addressing issues: Address any issues during the trip, including emergencies
• Making recommendations: Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences and needs
• Communicating: Communicate with clients via phone, mail, or in person about travel itineraries and address any concerns or questions
• Staying informed: Stay updated on travel regulations, industry trends, and news to offer informed recommendations
