    Training Admin Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the administration and daily operations of the training center.
    • Coordinate training schedules, student enrollment, and record-keeping.
    • Develop and implement policies to ensure smooth training operations.
    • Liaise with instructors and industry partners to improve training delivery.
    • Manage budgeting, procurement, and logistics for training materials and equipment.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
    • City & Guilds certification in a relevant field is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training administration or related roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training management systems.
