Mission

• To conduct informative training sessions, promote company and departmental efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel within the unit.

Tasks

• Collaborate with management and departmental head to identify training needs within the unit.
• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Supervise training budgets.
• Prepare hard copy training materials.
• Train and guide new employees in recipes, storage, use of equipment, sanitation, safety standards et.c.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job
• Carry out duties as assigned.

Relationship:

• Report to: Departmental Head
• Responsible of: Unit members
• Liaise with: Departmental head and Team members

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience within the unit
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Highly organized with an active listening skill.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills to organize, motivate and develop positive relationships with employees
