Description
- Document CCP records in hot kitchen
- Monitor Cooking and Blast chilling temperature compliance.
- Monitor hygiene and PPE usage compliance.
- Monitor and document corrective actions when applicable.
- Report daily compliance and noncompliance to the QHSE supervisor
Requirement
- The person should be a Graduate of Food Technology, Micro Biology, Bio-Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry
