The Territory Manager role at Renmoney is a full-time, on-site position based in Delta State, Edo, and Rivers Nigeria.
The role involves driving business growth by managing relationships with customers, meeting sales targets, and developing strategies to acquire new clients.
Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, creating impactful customer engagement initiatives, and leading a team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
The Territory Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop effective growth strategies
Experience in team leadership, coaching, and team performance improvement
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in the financial services sector, is an advantage
