    Telesales Executive

    Position Overview:

    • As a Telesales Executive, you Will be responsible for generating sales leads, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
    • You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
    • Bu'ld and maintain a strong customer pipeline.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Manage and update customer databases with relevant information.
    • Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
    • Answering customer's enquiries over the phone
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
    • Checking and responding to all wholesa e emails.
    • Collaborate With the sales team to deve op strategies for increased sales.
    • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

    Qualification

    • BSC/HND degree in Marketing, Business Management or Related field
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Telesales role or similar role.
    • Proven track record Of successfully meeting sales quotas over a period Of time.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
