DESCRIPTION
- A Customer Service Officer preferably with prior experience working in an MFB
- Interested candidates in this role must be organized, Tech and Social Media savvy, able to work with others, experienced in handling administrative work and must have great interpersonal and counseling skills
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must have worked in a similar role in a consumer finance institution /Commercial bank/Telecoms etc.
- Must possess very good writing skills and should be very fluent in English.
- Candidate must have flair for sales and must be very amiable.
- Salary range is N80k net – N150k net.
- We have preference for ladies for this role.
