Telesales Associate at Credit Direct Limited

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospects by telephone to sell the company’s product.
• Explain the loan features to potential customers and provide further details where necessary.
• Deliver scripted sales pitch to customers and adjust pitch to meet needs of specific individuals.
• Attend to customers’ questions and provide clarity where required.
• Obtain relevant customer information as it relates to the loan application and input into the loan management system.
• Validate supporting documents uploaded to loan management system for processing/approval.
• Meet the set sales target(volume and count)within the given deadline.
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.

Requirements

• A First Degree is required with 1-3 years work experience
• Experience in sales / digital sales is an added advantage
• Knowledge of research tools and access to market research.
