Technical Support Officer (RMS Specialist) at IPI Power Tech Nigeria Limited

​​​​​​​Position Summary:

• The RMS Engineer provides second-tier technical support, collaborating with department management, technical teams, and supporting departments to resolve multi-platform software and hardware issues.
• They work closely with product suppliers' technical coordinators and assist development and administrative users with technical challenges. As a key member of the Solution/Product Support Team, the RMS Engineer ensures the reliability and efficiency of our systems.

Qualification:

• First Degree in a related course preferably in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years Of experience in similar role Telecom / Power industry

• IT Background
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills
• Deep knowledge and understanding of Networks
• Practical knowledge and hands-on Network Security
• Knowledge and Experience in basic electrical and power circuits is a plus
• Project Management certificate is a plus
