    Technical Support Analyst

    Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support services to customers
    • Perform activities on assigned tasks and issues.
    • Report on activities performed.
    • Install and deploy POS solutions for customers.
    • Hardware maintenance and repairs.
    • Train Customers on POS solution Usage.

    Professional Skills
    The ideal candidate should:

    • Have an HND qualification
    • Have data entry skills
    • Have history of training
    • Fluent usage of Microsoft packages
    • Be creative and innovative.
    • Have team working skills.
    • Advance use of web browser.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • System maintenance.

    Work Experience:

    • Candidates should have minimum two (2) years work experience in software and hardware application, installation and System maintenance skills.
