Technical Engineer at truQ

Objectives and Responsibilities

• Handling customer and partner support arising issues, as regards bugs and performance updates.

• Support the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting processes.

• Conduct required research and development of best practices.

• Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventive maintenance strategies.

• Coordinating with engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.

• Identify potential problems and notify the relevant stakeholder in a timely manner.

• Monitor processes, workers, and methods and develop plans for increasing productivity and efficiency.

• Install and maintain hardware, software, and other equipment to meet client requirements, routinely observe operational performance, and install security patches and updates when necessary.

• Perform quality control on all products, report writing and recommendations for improvement of products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering field or similar.

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a technical engineer.

• Programming ideas and experience with any framework and language of choice.

• Additional certification is an added advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with others
