Technical Assisitant

Job Description
- Design of floor plans and layouts for Trade Exhibition.
- Provision of secretarial duties to the Operations and Building committee.
- Carry out space allocation and demarcation exercise.
- Carry out inspection, development briefs, specifications and prepare estimate.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Estate Management, Architecture or any other related course
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft office
- Understanding of Digital marketing as a tool to drive sales
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical mind.
- Must be organized with an eye for details.
