Technical and Training Officer at PoweredUp Consulting

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in training, technical instruction, or Learning & Development.
• Strong presentation, communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate training programmes.
• Develop training materials and facilitate learning sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports.
• Maintain technical training records and documentation.
