Role Description

• This is a full-time role for a Team Member Networks & Communications.
• The day-to-day tasks associated with this role include managing and maintaining the company's internal network, providing technical support to employees, managing the company's communication channels, and ensuring that the company's communication policies are followed.
• This is an on-site role and is located in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Experience in network administration and technical support
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Experience with managing and maintaining communication channels, including email, intranet, and other communication tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
• Any relevant information technology certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
