    Team Lead, Underwriting and Enrolment

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, Underwriting and Enrolment at Redcare HMO in Lagos State, Nigeria.
    • The role involves leading a team in underwriting, ensuring seamless enrolment processes, and providing top-class customer service to enrollees.
    • Daily tasks include analyzing underwriting processes, leading team meetings, and managing enrolment workflows.

    Qualifications

    • Insurance
    • Analytical Skills
    • Customer Service and Underwriting experience
    • Team Leadership capabilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Insurance, Finance, Business, etc.)
    • Certification in Underwriting or related fields is a plus
