Team Lead/Productivity Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 2 - 10 years
- Location Lagos , Ogun , Oyo
- Job Field Insurance , Sales and Business Development
- Salary Range ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
Job Details are:
1. Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans.
2. Contributing to meeting monthly/yearly sales targets.
3. Answering customer and sales team queries.
4. Mediating disputes with customers and Sales team
5. Solid understanding of financial industry policies and competitive products.
6. Be able to provide mentorship.
7. Strong leadership qualities.
8. Excellent interpersonal skills
