Team Lead – nVAULT Army (Investment & Account Opening) at Neptune Microfinance Bank

Band: Assistant Banking Officer 

As the Team Lead of the nVAULT Army, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing the performance of a dynamic team of Investment & Account Opening Executives. You’ll champion digital banking outreach through the nVAULT app, ensuring your team meets and exceeds targets for account openings and digital investment subscriptions. Your leadership will be crucial in training, motivating, and guiding the team to deliver consistent results in line with Neptune Microfinance Bank’s digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coach, and manage the nVAULT Army team to achieve individual and group targets.
• Lead strategy sessions and field execution for account opening and investment drives.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, performance reviews, and mentoring.
• Track and report sales and conversion metrics, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support units to enhance customer onboarding and experience.
• Train new hires and continuously upskill the team on digital products and sales techniques.
• Drive innovation by gathering customer insights and recommending improvements to the nVAULT app and services.
• Represent the team in leadership meetings and provide strategic input on growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND with NYSC completion.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, digital banking, or fintech (experience leading a team is a plus).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data-driven, target-focused, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with digital banking, mobile apps, or financial products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
