Role Description
The Team Captain is responsible for monitoring and supporting drivers to ensure optimal driver performance and about 95% vehicle utilisation.
Monitor drivers’ performance
Conduct daily check-in on drivers’ pulse
Support drivers
Solve drivers issues while drivers are in transit
Receive inbound calls from drivers
Make outbound calls to drives
Conduct driver survey
Compile data from driver survey
Accountability of all Moove vehicles
Ensure that drivers obey rules and regulations as laid down by the company.
Ensure that drivers get right information from the company.
KPIs
95% of assigned drivers work daily to achieve consistency in drivers’ performance.
95% of drivers meet KPIs
Response time to solving issues
Escalate issues immediately
Qualifications
Degree in any discipline.
1 year experience in customer care/support role.
Experience in the transportation industry is an added advantage.
