Talent Team Lead at Energy Talent Company

Energy Talent Company is seeking a talented Talent Team Lead to coach, mentor, support, train and lead the development of the Energy Talent Trainees. This work is central to our mission and helps ensure that all of our ETC participants have meaningful learning experiences, and grow successfully in their solar careers.

The Talent Team Lead will join an elite team in the design, implementation, and overseeing projects/tools/systems that support the training and career development of the trainees.

We are looking for a senior solar engineer who has

• 5+ years experience in solar energy projects

• 3 years of experience managing or leading teams.

• Experience coaching and/or facilitation, especially for young adults.

• Capability building mindset, with direct experience supporting individuals and teams to adopt global best practices related to solar design, installation, operations and maintenance while customizing as needed to reflect different country contexts.

• Success in building trusting, collaborative relationships within and across teams.

• A self-starter who can thrive in a remote work environment.

• Prior international work experience or education

• Entrepreneurial, the creative, proactive mindset required for a start-up culture that demands taking ownership of targets and seeking opportunities for improvement/growth.
