Talent Acquisition Specialist at DexNova Consulting Limited

About the Role

• We’re looking for a proactive and people-driven Talent Acquisition professional to help us attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and partner closely with hiring managers to build strong, future-ready teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview processes
• Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience at every stage
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting using ATS and other tools
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns
• Ensure hiring practices align with company policies, diversity goals, and labor regulations
• Assist with onboarding handovers and early-stage hiring follow-ups

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or similar roles
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience hiring across multiple roles or functions
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, etc.)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [FMCG and manufacturing]
• Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing
• Exposure to data-driven hiring and recruitment analytics
