Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dangote

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates for various roles within our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members
• Conduct reference checks and employment verifications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with current recruitment trends and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, minimum of 15 years
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, able to build rapport with candidates.
