Responsible for the optimal supply network plan for the assigned part of the FrieslandCampina & third party supply network (operational and tactical horizon) based on the consolidated OpCo demand plans, taking into consideration predefined service level agreements, planning parameters, inventory levels, strategic importance, revenues, margins and costs in order to realize the requested performance at the lowest possible cost.
What We Ask
Master degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management
APICS (or equivalent) certification in case Master degree is not in Supply Chain Management
S&OP experience, preferably of Gartner maturity level 3 or 4
Demand and Supply planning experience
Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
Project management experience, also in industrial setting
Program and project management (in cross-organizational context)
Basic knowledge of Financial Management
Fluently in English, written and spoken
Knowledge of Supply Chain within the FMCG
Description
Contribute pro-actively to the CSC strategic planning process/ provide input to the OpCO Customer SC strategy
Develop and ensure execution of the year plan, and S&OP in line with the OpCO/Business Group and Corporate Plan strategy
Aligned with other Customer SCs, BG, Enterprise S&OP, and third-party suppliers, d rive the execution of the S&OP process (operational and tactical horizon), organize/input into all meetings according to the FrieslandCampina standards, support and facilitate the financial forecasting process.
Participate, prepare, facilitate and lead assigned S&OP meetings according to S&OP standards (e.g. supply review meeting, Demand Supply balancing meeting).
Balance demand and supply in the most optimal way in terms of volume, revenues, costs and margin and develop scenarios for decision making.
Provide procurement, supply points and deliver functions with production plans in line with service levels, inventory, production and MVA parameters, targets and guidelines.
Develop the strategy for the assigned planning department and contribute to the development of the strategy on one level higher
Manage service on time in full for the Nigeria market
Manage waste performance for the Nigeria market
Manage team responsible for preparing and optimizing the operational and tactical planning for the global supply network (internal and external capacity); by balancing demand, inventory, production, and packaging capacity, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities as input for S&OP and acquire agreement with the assigned supply points on the supply plan (tactical, operational as well as day to day (local execution)
Responsible for production planning, (raw) materials planning, intra-supply planning, and support FG planning
Manage the team that is responsible for the inventory processes and ensure that inventory covers the projected demand (correct DIO for RM, PM, WIP, FG)
Drive Periodic Stock modeling to ensure the inventory base is strong and not prone to shocks
Manage and optimize working capital in line with the agreed targets according to the inventory management guidelines, replenish relevant warehouses (in line with targets), follow up on aging stock, and obsoletes and acquire agreement with demand, source, and deliver (day-to-day contact and fixed meeting structure)
Be the owner of KPI dashboards, insights, and decision documents regarding quantitative and qualitative developments by means of periodical (e.g. S&OP, budget, Outlook, and LRP) and ad hoc reports and/or analyses, based on reporting guidelines to drive PDCA cycle in your area of expertise
