Design, development, and tracking of Supply Performance Metrics to have almost real-time updates of key functions for predictable outcomes & negligible variance
Conduct Sales & Operations Planning Meetings with the Sales Team & Key Customers
Map all critical Supply Chain Process – develop SOP, Training Modules, Training Calendar, Case Studies
Build Supply Chain Leadership team and empower them to solve day to day problems in a group – adopt Kaizen and Six Sigma quality method.

Job Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field is required
Master’s in supply chain management is an advantage
7+ years' experience in Supply Chain
Minimum 2 years’ experience as National Supply Chain Manager for a Division or Product Category
Direct hands-on Management of complete operations of Multi Site Warehouses
Exposure to working with 1,000 SKU’s requiring special handling and storage
Hands on with ERP, preferably Dynamics 365
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
Membership of or any supply chain body is an added advantage
