Job Description

Strategic Supply Chain Management

• Strategic network planning for fast, reliable, cost-effective product distribution across the region
• Optimal use of manpower, warehouse, and logistics resources
• Design, development, and tracking of Supply Performance Metrics to have almost real-time updates of key functions for predictable outcomes & negligible variance
• Conduct Sales & Operations Planning Meetings with the Sales Team & Key Customers
• Map all critical Supply Chain Process – develop SOP, Training Modules, Training Calendar, Case Studies
• Build Supply Chain Leadership team and empower them to solve day to day problems in a group – adopt Kaizen and Six Sigma quality method.
• Active participation in developing business and organizational strategy as a member of the management team.
• Engaged organization that will ultimately deliver the business results.•
• Ensure strict compliance to safety and quality standards.
• Manage staffing and resources availability, Supply chain team performance management

Job Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field is required
• Master’s in supply chain management is an advantage
• 7+ years' experience in Supply Chain
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as National Supply Chain Manager for a Division or Product Category
• Direct hands-on Management of complete operations of Multi Site Warehouses
• Exposure to working with 1,000 SKU’s requiring special handling and storage
• Hands on with ERP, preferably Dynamics 365
• Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
• Membership of or any supply chain body is an added advantage
