ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) in Nigeria, implementing the project “35EBB” under ECHO funding is inviting vendors to the PROCUREMENT OF BAMA SHELTER KITS IN MAIDUGURI to submit offers.
SELECTION CRITERIA
A technical analysis will be conducted by ACTED for the bidder’s selection based on these criteria detailed below and ranked in order of importance.
A - PRICE representing 80%
The price will be the first criteria to be considered by ACTED to select the most competitive supplier.
Tenderers must quote prices in Nigerian Naira (NGN) to ACTED, as the contract currency shall be in NGN.
B – QUALITY OF SAMPLES
The technical check will be based on a PASS/FAIL criteria If the supplier does not meet the minimum standards of quality, ACTED will not consider its offer.
C - AVAILABILITY
Selection on availability will be based on a PASS/FAIL criteria. If the Supplier does not bid for all the items inside one lot, ACTED will not consider its offer.
D – PAST EXPERIENCES representing 15%
Preference will be given to suppliers with proof of previous experience preferably with local or international organizations. At least 5 contracts have to be provided.
E – LEAD TIME representing 5%
Preference will be given to suppliers proposing short and relevant lead time (not more than 21 days)
The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers.

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult www.myjobmag.com, regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or the bidding documents.
All bids must be submitted on or before the 16th June 2021 at 5:00 PM [PM4] (Maiduguri Local Time) at the address mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at nigeria.tender@acted.org, CC mdg.seniorprocurement-officer@acted.org and Late Bids will be automatically rejected.
ACTED Nigeria will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.
A tender opening session will take place on the 17TH June 2021 at 2:00 PM (Maiduguri Local Time) in the ACTED office in Maiduguri. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed
